Food chart for babies...

Assalamualaikum ....

It's Saturday morning... Abang Long & Hakimi out for their tuisyen. Hadif is playing with PS2 games, alone. Amal Basyirah has done with her breakfast, shower and morning nap (btw, it's just 10 am now)... And me.. I've done with basic housechore (laundry, lipat kain, kemas sikit2), pam bm, made apple and carrot puree for Amal....and etc.. Lagi cepat siap lagi senang...

Later at 12.00 I need to fetch Harith and Hakimi from tuisyen and will have lunch at my grandma's house. At 4.30 kena zap2 back to Shah Alam for his taekwando. Busy schedule tu biasa dah in my life. Everything need to be fast and efficient! Poyo lak statement nye...hihihi..

* This chart is conservative in nature. It should not be used to replace the advice of your doctor. Foods are grouped by age relative to ease of digestability, taste, texture and possible allergy risks for baby's stage. Always consult your baby’s pediatrician about introducing new foods, and feeding your baby.

I find this info is interesting and very information in preparing my baby's homemade food. For my next entry, I will post my food preparation for Amal Basyirah using my new Philip Avent steamer and blender.. Wallaaaa.... very easy, nutritious and yummy too...!! ^-^.

By then, wassalam.....
